1. The Patient’s Rights Charter

2. Patient has a right to change a service provider.

3. Patient has a right to benefit from nutritional programs subsidized by NFZ.

4. Patient has a right to benefit from medical care of his doctor at the same time.

5. Patient has a right to benefit from disposable materials within a scope of orthopaedic supply except of suction catheters for removing fluids from a respiratory tract and tracheotomy tubes.

6. Patient or his guardian is obliged to take care of medical devices and to use it accordingly to its intended use.

7. Patient or his guardian is obliged to inform HELP about any rehabilitative stays, leaves of absence, and hospitalisations.

8. Patient or his guardian is obliged to inform HELP about any incorrect actions of the staff.
